We provide active management and control—not passive oversight. Rather than rubberstamping client instructions, we exercise independent judgment and fulfill our fiduciary duty of care.

While nominee directors often serve as active directors for hundreds of companies, we limit each director to a maximum of 75 companies.

We charge based on the number of hours of work that we are engaged to provide. This contrasts with the nominal annual sum charged by nominee directors which is less reflective of the performance of the business.

We invoice client companies monthly in arrears for directors’ fees, instead of billing the UBO annually in advance for nominee directorship services.

At the start, we establish with clients a clear delineation of the director’s responsibilities and specify which decisions require shareholder input.

We do not require you to engage us for company secretary, bookkeeping, or other services. We are happy to collaborate with your preferred external service providers.
